The notice of this complaint was not signed by the applicant / employee which is required by law and the applicant / employee was retired from his application at the Labor Appellate Tribunal after a thorough discussion on all the above mentioned grounds. The case was decided against the applicant and the applicant could not cite anyone. The evidence or the document on the basis of which it can be said that the observations of the Labor Appellate Tribunal were not appropriate or contrary to the record could not interfere with the decision of the Labor Appellate Tribunal.
