MEVO versus THE STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 302/324/149 Crimes Against Property (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VI 1979), Section 17 (3) Criminal Code of Conduct (V9 1898), Section 154 Constitution of Pakistan (1973) , Article 1993 Constitutional plea denied the FIR's factum registration of the victim's death and the injuries to his witness was not denied by the Senior Superintendent of Police to the District Magistrate for judicial inquiry into the victim's death. There were apparently two versions of the applicant's incident, one was submitted by the applicant and the other by the respondents in accordance with its constitutional jurisdiction. Buq was presented by the respondents, if she had the authority to order the registration of the FIR in someone else, if she was found fit, proper and equitable in the same case. The appropriate case and the circumstances of the case demanded the registration of the case, so the Department HO was directed to file the FIR of the applicant and to investigate.
