He was charged with professional misconduct after obtaining a law degree and completing an apprenticeship. He resigned his office six months on the directives of the Dispensary Committee of the Pakistan Bar Council during his terms of public service and accepted his resignation authority with the previous effect, resigning from the government job to advocate. Later, there was a material change in realism. And the complainant's complaints were almost redone, the advocate was waived and a pending disciplinary action was filed against him.
