Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act 1973 Section 41 (4) Investigation of Complaint Dispensary Committee Procedure Duty If the receipt of a complaint to the members of the Disciplinary Committee concludes that it does not show any reason for action, The Committee under (4) of the Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act, 1973, may briefly dismiss the complaint that once serious action has been taken by the Disciplinary Committee, it is obliged to inquire and give the parties a hearing.
