Civil Procedure Code Order XXI Implementing Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Sections 47, 115 and O. XXI, RR 100, 101 and 103 of the CPC Orders and Orders Section 13, 15 and 17 , Will implement the withdrawal order. As if it was a decree of the civil court to control the rent, while executing the eviction order, the civil court order was given all the powers that the civil court effectively executed on a decree. Which is included in O's RR 100 & 101. XXI was part of the law governing the implementation of CPC decrees and may be requested in the execution of an order approved by the Rent Controller.
