FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN versus ALLY BROTHERS & COMPANY (PAK.) LTD.
During the CPC admission civil procedure code order IV, XII, & and defendant's approval of the admission-based decision, there were controversial questions, both factual and legal questions found in the petitions. I need to go through court and find out the results. The written statements were not in the nature of the defendants 'admissions as the trial court could not decide on the basis of such admission in the scope of OXII, R 6, to show that they were admitting the defendants' claims. The trial court was set aside in 1908 by the trial court in order to settle the case and then decide the case according to the procedure provided in the Civil Procedure Code, and further adjourned the case. Was given on remand.
