The Supreme Court Appeal Court gave evidence under the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Family Courts Act 1993 Section 5 and the Schedule Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 1974), for leave to apply for recovery of dues in suit 42. After the testimony was dismissed the case was referred to the applicant on record, any wrong reading or not reading the evidence, the decision of the court below, cannot be interfered with by the Supreme Court.
