SHABBIR AHMAD versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH

Sections 4, 6 and 5A of the Sindh Public Service Commission Act 1989 [which amended the Sindh Public Service Commission (Amendment) Ordinance (I 1998]) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Member of the Public Service Commission.
