SHABBIR AHMAD versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH
Sections 4, 6 and 5A of the Sindh Public Service Commission Act 1989 [which amended the Sindh Public Service Commission (Amendment) Ordinance (I 1998]) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the Member of the Public Service Commission. The dismissal applicant was appointed as a member of the commission for a term of three years and joined the applicant in his service, subsequently due to notice employed under section 6 of the Sindh Public Service Commission Act 1989. Was removed from the petitioner's position that his administration's notification of dismissal without legal and legal authority had already been enforced by law. Had taken effect and some rights were made in favor of the applicant that the notification of withdrawal of the applicant's prior notification was without legal authority nor legal effect as the applicant's tenure had already expired. Therefore, it cannot be allowed to reinstate S, however, the court observed that according to the law of the applicant, there may be another legal solution available to him if the appeal for leave of application is requested. Will be dealt with accordingly.
