MUNICIPAL CORPORATION versus SHAKEEL HUSSAIN
Section (79 ()) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and the 1991 Constitution Request for Building Projects, with the approval of the authorities, the defendants objected to the construction of the standing buildings on the grounds that the buildings were not permitted without permission. Were built. The respondents of the scheme had applied such approval and there was no order within sixty days of the application. The buildings were constructed which were delayed in the constitutional petition before the High Court of Construction after the prescribed period and the applications were allowed. It was given that the respondents had no say. The legitimate cause of action and they approached the High Court with unclean hands. The legitimate respondents had a legitimate reason for the legal proceedings and they approached the court with a clear hand through the documents while the constitutional petition was taken properly, and the documents examined were based on proper definition of the facts. The Supreme Court's leave was not denied to appeal for any interference with the law, equality and the like.
