In the Lim 115 Act Limitation Act (IX of 8 1908), the issue of the Revision Lim Amendment limitation was decided along with the suit for distribution. The plaintiff's argument was that on the present review filed by the defendant. Time restriction was imposed. 1 3 2012 and the present amendment under section 115 was filed on 17 5 2012 after a delay of 15/16 days over the period of ninety days, the CPC plaintiff could not provide any reasonable and justified. Why should the limitation be apologized and in the absence of justification for any justification, no exception can be revised, which has been withheld over time, excluded, in the circumstances.
