Pakistan Penal Code Section 419/420 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Virtual Complaint of Criminal Procedure In its petition filed before the Executive Magistrate / Charge Complaint Cell, alleging that it was owned by Land change has been verified fraudulently with claimants. The magistrate investigated the matter, canceled the change and directed the complainant to file an FIR against the applicant under section 419/420, a PPC complainant has already filed a case. In which they challenged the authenticity of the differences between the parties. In civil nature, the magistrate had no jurisdiction to entertain the complainant's request which was declared illegal by the High Court in exercise of the constitutional jurisdiction approved by the magistrate.
