MUHAMMAD ISMAIL versus MAQBOOL AHMAD
The Code of Conduct fails to establish the plaintiff in his trial for more than four years in section 115 amendment Act (IX of 1908), section 5, that the plaintiff's trial court had in his favor I was sold. Oral evidence, the case was ordered but was dismissed by the lower appellate court. The legal case suit was contested by the appellate court under defendant's hearing and the evidence on the record was properly appreciated and the verdict was supported by supporting evidence which was not denied. The request for a review of interference was banned for more than four years and no grounds for defamation were shown, in which case the review was dismissed.
