Control of the Narcotic Sub-Metal Act 1997 Section 9 Customs Act (IV of 1969), Section 156 (1) General Clause Act (X9 of 1897), Section 26 Criminal Procedure Code (V 1898), Section 403 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Termination of the Arts 199 & 13 Constitution Petition Two cases were filed for the same offense under which the applicant was charged with smuggling narcotics and the Special Judge Customs Trial under the Anti-Drug Act The case was tried by a special judge under the Act of 1997, followed by a second case. As well as Article 13 of the Constitution, restrictions were also imposed under Articles 26 and 5403 of the General Clauses Act, 1897, where the special PC court's robotic CC proceedings were postponed.
