The presiding officer did not accept his signature. The required evidence in this regard was not written by the trial court in accordance with the provisions of Section 367 in its own handwriting judgment; the CCP trial court did not admit all the evidence on record while passing the judgment. The State Council had no objection to the remand. The trial and the conviction of the accused were set aside in the circumstances and the trial court was remanded to proceed with the process of recording the accused's statements under section 342, CRPC and Rewrite the decision accordingly.
