The employee could not record anything to prove the employer's abusive activity in terminating his services; after receiving the employee's salary for one month's notice, the employer filed section 12 (3) of the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment. And 13 violations were not committed. (Standing Orders) The Labor Court rightly dismissed the Ordinance 1968 to terminate employees' services and dismiss their grievance requests.
