By nature, these two owners were claiming the record also showed that due to severe flooding in the past, the building and the super structure of the house were no longer in existence, to make sure there was no final, untrue record on the record. There was no hearing and credible acumen and circumstantial evidence to prove that the accused had committed the crime and had no chance of being found guilty.
