The service tribunal allowed the appeals of the defendants / employees. And directed the applicant company to issue a litigation of absorption to the respondents. The applicant's position was that the rules made by the company were unlawful, therefore, the tribunal had no jurisdiction to decide on the matter that is owned and controlled by the company. Therefore, the federal government cannot be expected to enforce the laws and then not enforce or violate them simply because the laws did not have the status of a legal law. Since the Service Tribunal will not be obliged to enforce the same petition to the Company, it cannot be allowed to object to it, under the general law of Estoppel. Application of rules by employees / respondents and violations of their commitments / commitments made by them cannot be allowed and the service tribunal cannot refuse to enforce the rules under which Applicants were served by the Company's Board of Directors.
