ABDULLAH versus SHAUKAT
A. XXXVII, R 3 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was granted by the Supreme Court to consider the argument that when the case was taken up by the District Judge, the lawyer granted bail. An oral request was made to submit a confiscation. The case was adjourned the next day and the next day. Otherwise there was no reason to postpone the hearing. The next day it was presented in court which was kept in personal record and that the respondents' case should not have been decided in the circumstances and the affidavit of the lawyer who appeared before the District Judge was also filed.
