Sections 409, 424, 467, 468, 471 and 109 of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 amended the Pakistan Criminal Law Act (XL of 1958), Sections 2 (a), 12 (2), 10 (4) and 6 (5) of Pakistan. The lawsuit allowed by the proposed authority by the public servants in the breach, however, Special Judge Anti-Corruption refused to allow the prosecution to withdraw the case against the accused, and the High Court upheld the special fuzzy justification.
