MUHAMMAD ASLAM KHOKHAR versus STATE
Sections 409, 424, 467, 468, 471 and 109 of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 amended the Pakistan Criminal Law Act (XL of 1958), Sections 2 (a), 12 (2), 10 (4) and 6 (5) of Pakistan. Law Amendment (Punjab) Rules 1985, R2 (a) West Pakistan General Clauses Act (VI, 1956), Section 20 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3). The lawsuit allowed by the proposed authority by the public servants in the breach, however, Special Judge Anti-Corruption refused to allow the prosecution to withdraw the case against the accused, and the High Court upheld the special fuzzy justification.
