Demanded to be about four months, the appellant filed a petition for consolation of the appellate court with the said delay. Despite the explanation given by the appellant, the petition for defamation was accepted. Justification of the delay was not justified, the delay being contended that it was seriously contested, the appellate court could not grant a waiver without recording the evidence and recording of the case unless the facts were emphasized. ? Proved, delayed appellate court could not be excused, long delay in filing appeal without proper investigation and evidence was not justified
