Criminal Code of Criminal Procedure (CR PC) Section 497 Convention (10 of 1984), Article 163 Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302/324/148 / 149/109 The accused were initially named accused in the FIR. The accused was not alleged to have been hurt in any way or the victim or the prosecutor's witness was not attributed to the firing of the accused, in this case at the time of the incident. The accused could not be convicted of an inquiry on the basis of the special oath involved. The Code of Conduct, 1898, did not provide such a procedure and Article 63 of the Convention of Martyrs, 1984, prohibited the settlement of criminal cases on special oaths, the involvement of the accused in this case, thus, of further investigation. The matter was, the accused was admitted on bail under the circumstances.
