All the courts below have clearly found that the attorney alleged that the basis on which it was sold was not presented in evidence and even otherwise I, the power of attorney, did not authorize his wife to influence the sale. Under the Demarcation Act, 1908, the defendant has been charged with the discovery of three courts below the respondents that they have known about the fact of sale of property only a few months before filing suit, in the Supreme Court. Such a case is not prohibited under Article 91 of the Limitation Act. The High Court refused to interfere in the decision and the application for leave of appeal was dismissed in the circumstances
