Constitution Pakistan 1973 A XLI, R 5 Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Upon execution of the order, the High Court submits the latter to a bank guarantee, the petitioner moved the petition to the High Court. The High Court refused to amend the order seeking amendment of the bank guarantee order, the petitioner filed a leave petition in the Supreme Court, saying that he was not in a situation that was not approved by the High Court. The bank will offer a guarantee for legal money. The amendment to its first order was purely arbitrary, and in support of the matter, nothing was shown before the Supreme Court that the arbitration was not properly exercised by the High Court, leaving any case for interference in the High Court decision. Was denied, accordingly the appeal was granted
