MUHAMMAD NAEEM versus ORANGZAIB KHAN

Section 42 The transfer of powers of the court in the execution of the decree cannot be transmitted by the court, neither can the decision be reversed nor revised, or the decree transfer cannot be made to the question of jurisdiction of the transfer court. The person who passed this decision or the law or the order of the transfer of property will only have the jurisdiction to comply with the decree transferred.
