This matter will be excluded from the jurisdiction of all other courts and authorities, including the National Industrial Relations Commission, in view of the bar contained in Article 1212 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), and it was the exclusive jurisdiction of the Service Tribunal, which extended the matter. In this case, the unity of the National Industrial Relations Commission remains intact, the law passed by the High Court in the exercise of constitutional jurisdiction, certified by the law.
