IJAZ AHMAD KHAN versus GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN
Exit Pakistan (Control) Ordinance 1981, Article 2 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional petition was denied on the basis of liability in respect of payment of some amount from exit of Pakistan, Exit control. The applicant was notified of the name. The list was issued on 9/11, 1991. The dispute regarding the applicant's liability for such payment was decided by the High Court in another constitutional petition only after 6-6 1993 and not just once. On the other hand, on the basis of order, dated 30 199 1991, by placing his name in the Exit Control List, he could not be prevented from going abroad.
