A copy of the trial court's decision on failure to file a petition for contempt of delay in Section 100 Second Appeal, Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 Section 21 (1908), was kept on record after more than five delays. The delay in filing the appeal was not explained by the permission to record the decision for months, nor was the delay in filing the same presented on the record after receiving a certified copy effect. The delay was not requested, and the matter was fully covered. In Friday's case, Wendy's was neglected by the Supreme Court's rule and in SCMR 1958 in 1988 and the appeal was rejected after a period of time.
