In less than one stage in the Department of Appeal, the appellant was initially convicted by the Labor Court of a lower level grades conviction under section 2A, 4 and 6 government employees' appeal rating classification of the Service Tribunals Act, 1973. The fine was challenged through a plea bargain. Section 25A, Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, which was dismissed by the Appellate Tribunal in the Labor Appellate Tribunal, dismissed the appellant from the jurisdiction of the Labor Appellate Tribunal, resulting in the filing of Section 2A in the Service Tribunals Act 1973. The employer had become a civil servant. Appeal filed before the Labor Appellate Tribunal, the Appeal filed by the Appellant before the Labor Tribunal ended ninety days after the Labor Appeal Tribunal was barred and the absence of any compelling reason for the delayed condolences.
