REHMATULLAH KHAN versus SMITH KLINE AND FRENCH OF PAKISTAN LTD.
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Article 25 West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VII 1968), Section O 15 (3) (b), was dismissed after an inquiry against employees on charges of mismanagement. Cheating, theft or dishonesty against employees was investigated by an independent inquiry officer who provided the inquiry officer with a full opportunity of hearing in his report that he felt it was not a case of negligence. I have a case of corruption as given under Section O. There is no exception to the finding of the Inquiry Officer and the Labor Court of the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance, 15 (3) (b) of 1968, under which the order of dismissal was upheld.
