Prior to the submission of the NWFP Pre-Impression Act 1987 Section 24 Pre-Impression Suit Pre-Impression Money, the trial court directed the emperors to deposit 1 / 3rd of the value of the sale price in cash under Section 24, the NWFP Pre-Impression Act. Prior to 1987, the emperors deposited cash in full, but instead of a bank guarantee for the remaining amount, a certificate was prepared by the bank showing the credit balance for the amount mentioned in their account, excluding the plaintiff's suit. The Supreme Court approved the appeal of the verdict, reviewing the pre-emptor's dispute that the trial court had obtained the bank certificate prepared by him and kept the meaning of the file on the ground that such certificate was premature. The submission order was quite compliant, and for that reason, when an objection was raised.
