SHAMSHAD BIBI versus ABDUL GHAFOOR
Section 2 Constitution Pakistan (1973), the notification officer of Article 185 of the Evacuation and Displaced Persons Act (1975) Act, 1975, passed a remand order passed by the High Court in the constitutional petition for termination of the applicants. Was not practiced in following. Having not already been a party to the litigation, or by dismissing his name from the ranks of the applicants due to his predecessor, the Supreme Court changed the application for leave in appeal and the legality of accepting the same seat. Subsequently, the matter was remanded to the notification officer in accordance with the disputed order of the notified officer's High Court and the order passed by the High Court in the previous constitutional petition.
