Paragraphs 8 and 16 of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) Limitations on Reclaiming Land and Maximum Occupation of Government, Additional Land of the late Amir of the Bahawalpur Competitions by the Provincial Government and Land Commission (Applicants). Then you can take action on restoration of additional land. The decision regarding the division of property between the various legal heirs of the late Aamir was of public importance in the present petitions and required thorough scrutiny and authoritative declaration, as they had with them fully in their earlier decisions. Was not dealt with. All requests were granted leave to appeal the Supreme Court in order to consider the points raised in the present petition, subject to limitations.
