In response to a question on the issue of human rights related to the increase and increase of teachers' salaries in the Arts 25A & 184 (3) Divisional Public School (DPS) Sargodha, the directive requested that the instructions be answered. In compliance with The Supreme Court, the decision to increase the salaries of school staff was implemented and their salaries were increased by more than 100%. That the provincial government has given Rs 15 million as aid for the development of the school infrastructure, and other administrative issues of the school are also being taken into consideration. The Supreme Court observed that on the basis of Article 25A of the constitution The state is obliged to provide free of charge. And compulsory education for all children between the ages of five and sixteen, as determined by law. The federal and provincial governments have to ensure that the right is being ensured. Given that a significant improvement is being made in the management of the school and its staff salaries were increased by 100%, there was no demand for further action in the matter.
