SYED ANWAR ALI SHAH versus IRFAN ALI ALIAS GHULAM RAZA ALIAS RAMZAN

Section 302 (b) Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 7 Criminal Procedure Code (V9 1898), Section 417 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) appeals against Qatel AMD and terrorism based on expectations the accused acquitted. The death toll was recorded by the trial court and sentenced to death due to the incident, but the High Court accepted the appeal and the most critical aspects of the case were the reasonableness filed by the High Court. The reasons for this were deemed insufficient or insufficient. The Supreme Court granted leave of appeal to reconsider the evidence in order to secure the interest of justice.
