BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION, LAHORE versus SOBIA CHAND


Section 29 of the Punjab Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Act 1976 and 31 Punjab Education Code (Rules and Regulations), R 29 appeared on the Secondary School Examination of the candidate's birth date in the Education Board candidate's record and got through the same dispute.
