In which the director education was appealed against the directive of the director education. It was not worth it because no other appeal could be preferred. The Miscellaneous Miscellaneous Application was filed before the Director Education whereby the respondent seeks promotion from him as a Senior Teacher; it was merely an application to seek promotion of the Appellant and not an appeal against the Appellant. And the order was approved on the said request. The Directorate of Education was an original order and not an appeal order as the Service Tribunal appealed against the Education Education Director's order.
