According to the judgment filed by the insurance company, the basic question was whether there was any record on the basis of which a reasonably neutral person could conclude that there was no basis for the claim bank's rejection, Under the circumstances, it can be summoned. Section 44B, Insurance Act, 1938, and if the other surveyor had reported to the report that the bank's claim was rejected by the law unauthorized / unverified, it would have named the company with its approved companies. Exemption justifies the failure to select an independent surveyor by controller insurance under Section 44B (1) of the Bank Act, nor does it provide for treatment, namely, arbitration, or insurance provided under the insurance policy.
