The Punjab Local Government Ordinance 1979, the Interim Order of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 and 1996 was approved by the High Court through the intervening signature signed under Article 199 of the Constitution, the High Court suspended the Election Tribunal order under which Instructions were issued.
