Punjab Local Government (Election) Rules 1979 Section 24 Punjab Local Government Election Rules, 1979, R13 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 199 and 185 High Court Interference in Election Issues Failing Candidates After Election Notification, Election Authority Referring to the fact that the voting data they received at one of the polling stations was fraudulently changed by showing fewer votes, the election authority refused to intervene in the matter due to lack of jurisdiction. The unsuccessful candidate filed a constitutional petition which the High Court accepted and the election was approved by the Returning Officer. Asked about the question of whether there was any manipulation or alteration of the voting data allegedly obtained by a failed candidate, it was a question that was in the power of the Election Tribunal and the High Court Could not intervene in this matter. Intended to file an election petition before the Election Tribunal in view of the difficulties with the Reg, the Supreme Court changed the application for leave to appeal and decided to act with the Election Court and within a certain period. Directed to move the constitutional petition filed in the High Court to the Election Tribunal.
