Article 5 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973) is restricted to the use of section 5 of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 and the Schedule to the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 constitutional jurisdiction, jurisdictional scrutiny decision or family court order. And only in cases when an applicant is able to show that some important piece of evidence has been considered as a result of a wrong decision, or that a family judge's ruling is a clear violation of law and judicial ideology. Then such an order can be abolished.
