The tenant was dismissed and an appeal was filed against the legal representative, who was seconded. The lawsuit was filed by Landblady for non-payment of electricity bills and non-payment. Landlady imposed only one legal heir of the deceased tenant while the remaining legal heirs were not made a case. It has been found that the land will enforce all legal heirs and thereafter, the rent controller will proceed in accordance with the law.
