STATE versus MUHAMMAD RIAZ
Pakistan Penal Code Section 302/34 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), Section 417 (1) was appealed against a traumatic event which was deemed to be sudden, provocative and indecent, which led to eyewitnesses in the spirit of provocation from both sides. The injuries sustained on the suspects were confirmed by ocular account, which is confirmed by medical evidence that the victim had a crime about the location of the wounds on his head and there was no blood on his arms. No blood was recovered from the scene as was alleged by the prosecutor. Along with the police evidence, the perpetual application of self-defense by the accused before the trial court, which is authentic to the medical evidence and motive, deserves confirmation. According to the medical evidence, the usual routine of deceased to cause death was also not enough. Golden scales could not be assessed as appeal against the accused's fate was dropped
