1906 Section 6 of the Code of Conduct of the District Court Judge found that they had no jurisdiction to entertain and decide the appeal and, as such, directed that the appellate nominee be returned to the appellants, The district judge's ruling was challenged by the appellants in the review before the High Court, however, after reviewing it, the order of the Appellate Court was withdrawn, though, ultimately, it was finalized.
