Prison Act 1894 Sections 42 and 45 (12) of Pakistan Prison Rules, 1978, AR 690 and 691 Criminal Code of Conduct (V9 1898), Sections 435, 439 and 561 on a medical basis facilitating the revision of air conditioners, refrigerators or physiotherapy machines. The prisoner was a senator and caretaker prisoner suffering from a variety of ailments, including skin disease. The doctor also recommended the prisoner, along with other medicines, to remain in a cool room, preferably in an air conditioner room / room cooler. Facilities were provided to the physiotherapy machine Medical Ground under the command of Air Conditioner, Refrigerator and Trial Court The authenticity of the medical report was not challenged, air conditioning was not provided to the other 28 upper class inmates, so the prisoner was neither allowed nor prohibited by the court on medical grounds.
