FATEH MUHAMMAD versus HAJRA
The High Court's preliminary decision on the transfer of property in the Dispute (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act 1958 question 10 indicated that the portion of the building on which the property was pending was transferred to the respondent. I won't point out anything in this section. In question, the respondent was transferred to the claimant claiming that the order of the Additional Settlement Commissioner, including the request for a compromise, showed that the respondent was never allotted or his assets were transferred. There was a question in the first appellate court finding. The question, which was of the respondents, was not based on any evidence, therefore, it too was set aside while the trial court was reinstated in which the defendant's claim was denied.
