Section 8 (7) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, but it was rejected by the Labor Court stating that after the acceptance of the trade union registrar dispute, no appeal against the change was accepted by the registrar trade union dispute. Consequently, the Labor Court did not believe that there could be no treatment from the Labor Court after acceptance by the Registrar of Trade Unions.
