Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 8 (7) Against the approval of the change of office by the Registrar Trade Unions, after the election of the newly elected President of the Appellate Union, such a change was introduced in the Office of the Registrar, Trade Unions as well as the applicants. The Registrar, Registrar of Trade Unions with the nominated General Secretary, the Trade Unions accepted the change made by the Respondent / Elected President's Union, but the Registrar of the Labor Court, through the petitioner / petitioner / appellant, An appeal was filed against the order of the trade unions. Section 8 (7) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, but it was rejected by the Labor Court stating that after the acceptance of the trade union registrar dispute, no appeal against the change was accepted by the registrar trade union dispute. Consequently, the Labor Court did not believe that there could be no treatment from the Labor Court after acceptance by the Registrar of Trade Unions.
