MAQSOOD AHMAD versus STATE
The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 406 was tried by the accused to abolish the FIRF, which showed that the alleged crime was committed in the police station F area and also the accused. He was a resident of the same area but the accused was not transferred to the H Territorial jurisdiction despite being registered at the police station in Fir Thi H city against the accused. Was attached to the territorial jurisdiction under which section 406 was registered at the police station in H city under PPC. He had no territorial jurisdiction in the matter, due to the absence of jurisdiction he could not remain in the field and was liable to dismiss the FIR against the accused, so he was dismissed.
