The High Court has neither changed Section 382B nor sentenced the trial court to life imprisonment by granting the benefit of Section 382B and 561A Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302 to 382B, CR PC. CR extends the benefits of PC. He did not, nor did he identify any matter to which he might be inclined towards the accused, in the circumstances he was entitled to the benefit of Section 382B, CR PC and was accordingly extended. ?
