The Code of Conduct for the issuance of Section 82 against the Code of Conduct 1908 against the Government or against a Government officer is mandatory in nature and if the decree against the Government is not satisfied, it shall be a report to the Provincial Government. Implementation is the responsibility of the court. Within the time prescribed in the Declaration, Government officials have been empowered under Section 82, CPC to proceed with the implementation of the report after a period of three months following the date of the report if the Government / its officials / decision. Debtors fail to fulfill this decree.
