The plaintiff's confession was admitted that they were not connected to the proceedings or the investigation. Which was made to determine whether they owe any money as arrears of land revenue and can be received, to be heard by the appropriate authority before passing a negative order against them. Deprivation of opportunities will, and may, violate the principles of natural justice. The civil courts had no jurisdiction to compromise, however, as a violation of the fundamental right to search of the two courts below. The questions did not require interference with the suit, but their search order was not revoked and amended so that the petitions filed by the defendants could be filed in the appropriate court. Had to return, entertain and decide on the issues and disputes involved once they had jurisdiction
